1. About Rocket Tangle
Rocket Tangle is a single-player puzzle game in which you solve levels by clearing rockets in the correct order. These Terms of Use apply to your use of the app and related services. The provider is identified in the Imprint.
2. Playing the game
You may use Rocket Tangle for personal, lawful, non-commercial entertainment. The game includes levels, Gems, Fuel, hints, power-ups, trophies and other progression features. These game elements have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash and are not transferable to other players. Game mechanics, rewards and availability may change with updates.
3. Local progress and device changes
Rocket Tangle does not require a user account. Game progress and settings are primarily saved locally on your device. Removing the app, resetting your device or changing devices can cause loss of progress unless a supported backup restores it. Keep your own device backups where available.
4. Advertisements and optional rewarded ads
The app is supported by Google AdMob advertising and can show automatically displayed ads. You may also choose to view optional rewarded advertisements to obtain a game-related benefit, subject to availability and successful completion of the ad. Rewarded ads are optional; rewards are not guaranteed if an ad is unavailable or interrupted. Ad content is supplied by third parties and subject to their rules.
5. One-time Remove Ads purchase
Rocket Tangle offers a one-time non-consumable “Remove Ads” in-app purchase through Apple's App Store. After successful purchase, it disables automatically displayed ads in the app. It does not disable optional rewarded ads, which you may still choose to watch in exchange for game benefits. The purchase does not remove analytics or guarantee offline access to all app services. The current purchase price is shown in the App Store purchase interface before you confirm. There is no recurring subscription for Remove Ads. You can restore eligible purchases using the restore-purchases feature and the Apple Account used for the original purchase. Billing, refunds and transaction handling follow applicable Apple terms and consumer law.
6. Intellectual property
The game, software, graphics, interface, sounds, branding and other content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, personal, revocable license to use Rocket Tangle in accordance with these Terms and Apple's applicable licensed-application terms. You may not copy, sell, redistribute, reverse-engineer or exploit the game except where permitted by applicable law.
7. Fair use and misuse
You must not interfere with the game's operation, manipulate purchases or ad rewards fraudulently, use unauthorized automation to abuse services, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or third-party services.
8. Third-party services
The game uses Apple App Store services, Firebase Analytics, Google AdMob and Supabase for optional in-app support submissions. Their respective terms and privacy policies may apply. Details about personal-data processing are in the Privacy Policy.
9. Availability, changes and updates
Features, ads, rewards and availability can change due to improvements, maintenance, device compatibility, third-party services or legal requirements. Updates may be required to continue using particular functions. I do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
10. Disclaimers and liability
Rocket Tangle is provided for entertainment on an “as available” basis, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or mandatory consumer rights where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for intent, gross negligence or injury where applicable.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. Access to particular online or ad-supported functions may be restricted if needed for security, legal compliance or misuse prevention. Statutory rights concerning paid features remain unaffected.
12. Governing law and changes to Terms
These Terms are governed by German law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections of the law of your country of residence. Terms may be revised when the game or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted here.
